Application provides administrator and user levels.
- Administrator can create, change and delete products. Created products are stored in the product database on an SD card
- User can portion products. For this purpose, a product is selected in the first step and loaded from the database. In the next step, the batch is entered. If the entered batch is not found in the batch database, the program creates a new entry
- The process of portioning starts with taring the target vessel. User then weighs a portion of the batch and is graphically supported by a tolerance bar which displays the permissible tolerances. If the weight is out of tolerance, the user can correct it or accept the determined weighing value.
- Software generates statistics for all portioned samples of the batch and displays them. Determined data can be stored in the batch database on SD card and printed using a laboratory printer connected to the balance
